Individual Therapy

Individual 50-minute sessions will blend talk therapy with learning skills you can practice every day. We will discuss your specific needs including what works for you and what doesn’t. We will work together to identify unhelpful thought processes and behavior patterns that leave you feeling anxious and stuck.

Couples Therapy

Couples 55-minute sessions will allow space for each of you to share your take on the problem. We will set clinical goals specific to your unique relationship. We will engage in therapeutic exercises designed for couples, and learn strategies you can practice together outside of session.
