55-minute sessions where we can slow things down and help you really hear each other. We will work on mapping communication patterns, conflict, and identifying what keeps you feeling stuck in a loop, so you can reconnect with each other and move forward as a team.

Premarital Counseling Intensive

Designed for couples who want to be proactive, this structured package of 6-8 sessions combines communication skill-building, attachment insight, and guided conversations about values, finances, family, and long-term goals. Rather than waiting for problems to arise, you’ll build a secure, resilient partnership from the start.
