Individual sessions are $165.
Couples sessions are $200.
I am in-network with Tufts Commercial and Harvard Pilgrim. If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company to help with reimbursement.
Most insurance plans don’t cover couples therapy as it focuses on the relationship rather than a mental health diagnosis. Since insurance requires a diagnosed condition for coverage, couples sessions are usually self-pay. If one partner is being treated for an individual concern, we can discuss whether insurance might apply.

This is a great question! Connecting with the right therapist is important. Scheduling a free consultation is a great way to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit. If we decide another therapist is better suited to your needs, I am happy to help you connect with another provider!

We can start with a free 15-minute phone consultation. If we decide it is a good fit, we can schedule an intake appointment.
From there, I will send you a few intake forms to complete prior to our first session. These forms will be sent to your online portal through an electronic health record called SimplePractice.
You can book a consult or contact me directly at hello@jettywellnessllc.com to get started!

You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, providers need to give patients who are uninsured or are not using their insurance an estimate for the bill of health care items and services. This includes costs related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.
When not using your insurance, make sure your health care provider provides a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day prior to your first appointment. You may also ask your health care provider for a GFE before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate indicates, you can dispute the bill.
For more information about your right to a GFE, please visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
