Preparing for marriage is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in your relationship. Premarital counseling provides couples with the tools and conversations needed to build a strong and resilient partnership before entering marriage.

In this structured four-session process, we focus on the topics that research consistently shows are most important for long-term relationship success, including:

  • communication styles

  • conflict resolution

  • financial expectations

  • emotional and physical intimacy

  • navigating extended family dynamics

  • decision-making as a couple

  • shared goals for the future

These sessions are designed to help couples deepen their understanding of each other, strengthen their communication skills, and navigate potential challenges proactively.

Investment ranges from $1000-$1200 for a 4-session intensive. Each session is 80-minutes, conducted virtually or in-person on Friday mornings in East Boston. The intensive provides a supportive, structured space to have important conversations before marriage.
